1 Tsp. Shortening
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Warm Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put shortening, salt, buttermilk and warm water in bowl. Add flour until stiff enough to put on board and knead. Knead until smooth and stiff. Roll out real thin and cut for dumplings and drop in broth. Cook until tender.
