2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp bkg soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts, blending well. Combine dry ingredients on top; add to creamed mixture, stirring to blend. Chill at least 1 hr. On surface, lightly sprinkle additional powdered sugar. Roll out dough and cut out shapes. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350º for 7-8 min.
