12 oz. (2 c.) dark chocolate, chopped
12 oz. (2 c.) white chocolate, chopped
8 peppermint Candy Canes

Pulse candy canes in processor into small pieces. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Melt dark chocolate. Pour onto cookie sheet. Spread out to 1/8” with spatula or knife. The chocolate may not fill the sheet. Refrigerate.

Melt white chocolate. Stir 3/4 of the candy cane bits. Remove tray fridge. Spread white chocolate evenly over dark chocolate. Sprinkle the remaining candy bits. Press down gently to ensure they stick.

Refrigerator 30 minutes to firm.
Break into uneven pieces by hand.
