3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda mixed into buttermilk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
lard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the eggs, salt, and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry in lard at 375.
