2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
1 4-5 pound beef brisket
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt

Sauce:
1 (16oz) bottle of ketchup
1 (16oz) can tomato sauce
1 Cup Water
10 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
4-6 Tablespoons dry mustard
4 teaspoons celery seed
4 Tablespoons liquid smoke
6 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brush 2 Tablespoons Liquid smoke and salt on 4-5 pound beef brisket.
Wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Next day, sprinkle with onion salt garlic salt and rewrap. Bake at 300 – 325 deg. For approximately 1 hour per pound. Cool and refrigerate overnight again. Next day, slice about ¼ inch thick. Heat sauce and pour over meat slice and heat at 350 deg for 30 minutes. Serve Be sure to reserve some of the sauce to pass with the meat.
