1 c. butter softened; 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 1 c. brown sugar, packed; 2 eggs, room temperature; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 3 c. flour; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 c. white chocolate chips; 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º; Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well; Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt; Stir in white chips and nuts; drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets; Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
