4 bone in pork chops
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
½ stick of butter
Garlic salt to taste
Oink ‘N Squeel (Squeel-banero) BBQ sauce
Soaked apple wood chips for grill

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops. Add one handful of soaked apple wood to charcoal. Put pork chops on grill at medium heat (may need to add more apple chips while cooking). Lay one full slice of onion on each pork chop. Grill approximately 8 minutes on each side, placing onion back on chops after turning. Add a dash of garlic salt to each chop. Place a generous pat of butter on each chop and let melt. Top with bbq sauce and leave on grill 5 more minutes. Remove from grill and serve.

Keep plenty of apple wood chips on the charcoal. Keep lid closed as much as possible. You want plenty of smoke, but no flame.
