1 lb Bacon
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
toothpicks

Directions:
Cut bacon strips in half. Cut water chestnuts in half. Wrap one piece of water chestnut in a strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or until bacon is cooked. Drain grease. Combine ketchup and sugar. Spoon a small amount of mixture onto each chestnut. Bake for 10 min or until ketchup mixture is bubbly.
