8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. of ground beef
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break noodles and place half in bottom of greased slow cooker. Brown ground beef in saucepan; drain. Stir in Italian seasoning. Spread half of mixture over noodles. Layer half of sauce, half of water, half of mushrooms, half of ricotta cheese and half of mozzarella cheese over the beef. Repeat these layers. Cook covered on low heat for 5 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
