1 1/2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
1 T dried onion flakes
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2/3 cup barbeque sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T mustard
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dr Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, and 1 can tomato sauce in a bowl. Mix
well. Add onion flakes, onion salt, salt, and pepper and mix. Shape into a loaf and
place in a deep 3-quart baking dish. Mix the barbeque sauce, 1 can tomato sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and Dr Pepper in a bowl. Pour half over
the meatloaf. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 20 min. Pour the remaining sauce over
the meatloaf. Bake, uncovered, for 45 min - 1 hour longer until cooked through.
