1 boneless brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
worcestershire sauce
celery salt
garlic salt
bar bq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
pour entire bottle of liquid smoke over brisket in oblong pan. sprinkle with worchestershire , garlic, and celery salt. cover tightly, with foil. leave in refrigerator over night. set oven to 225*. cook, covered for 8 hours. remove foil. cover with bar -bq sauce. return to oven and cook. uncovered. for 1 more hour
