4 red sweet potatoes
2 c. milk
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350.
Slice potatoes and place in casserole dish.
Mix milk, water, sugar and vanilla. and pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle cake mix over mixture.
Pour melted margarine over cake mix.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
