2 c light brown sugar
3/4 c shortening
1 c sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c flour
2 c chopped nuts or raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread on cookie sheet. Bake 15 min in 375º oven. While hot have powered sugar, butter and cream cheese mixed. Spread on top. Set in oven just a second. Take out and when cool cut into squares. Dough should spread thin on cookie sheet.
