1 pie crust 3-4 tomatoes, sliced Basil to taste Thyme to taste Mayonnaise 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Small onion, chopped fine
Preheat oven to 375. Put one layer of tomatoes on bottom of crust. Sprinkle with onion, basil and thyme. Spread mayonnaise over the top of this. Sprinkly with cheese. Repeat 2-3 more layers until full. Bake about 45 minutes or until crust is brown and pie is bubbly.
