1 pie crust
3-4 tomatoes, sliced
Basil to taste
Thyme to taste
Mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Small onion, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Put one layer of tomatoes on bottom of crust.
Sprinkle with onion, basil and thyme.
Spread mayonnaise over the top of this.
Sprinkly with cheese.
Repeat 2-3 more layers until full.
Bake about 45 minutes or until crust is brown and pie is bubbly.
