Ingredients:  
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 T salt
2c. milk scalded
1/2 T vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and salt slowly add milk and vanilla. Pour into buttered custard cups. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 until mixture dosen't stick to knife about 30 min. Serve warm or chill
