1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 c. granulated Sugar
1 large egg yolk

preheat to 400º
Mix all three ingredients together. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a non stick cookie sheet. Press on top of each dropping with a fork to make crosses on top of the cookie. Cook until golden brown. Do not over cook.
