3 or 4 Squash
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Egg
1 Small Can Green Chilies
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3 or 4 squash until tender, drain. Add butter. Beat egg and mix in squash. Add green chilies and small onion. Top with grated cheese. Bake 40 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
