5 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. water
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 c. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 pkg. (8-oz) Velveeta light cheese

Directions:
Boil your bouillon cubes with water. Add onion and broccoli. Cook until tender. Reduce heat and add cheese. (Be sure soup isn't boiling when adding cheese - it will separate like cheese will sometimes do.) This is not a really thick soup, but it is very, very good.
