2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. sugar for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix oil and sugar. Add egg and beat. Stir in molasses and add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls in sugar and from into balls coated with sugar. Bake for 15 minutes.
