5-6 pound brisket or roast
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat.Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.Leave the foil around the meat and bake at 275º for 5-6 hours
