2-1/2 Cups Sugar 1 Cup Half and Half Milk 3/4 Cup White Corn Syrup 3 Cups Raw Peanuts 1/2 Lb. Margarine 1 Tsp. Vanilla Few Drops Red Food Coloring
Combine first three ingredients; add peanuts. Cook and stir until soft ball (240 degrees). Add remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy, 10 to 15 minutes. Drop onto wax paper; work fast as this hardens quickly.
