1 can (14.75 oz.) salmon 1 egg slightly beaten 2 T. dehydrated onions 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 T. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/8 tsp. pepper oil for deep fryer
Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Drain salmon; flake. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Place into deep fryer for 4 min. or until lightly browned. Yield: 4 or 5 servings.
