1 (12 oz.) can, tuna fish flaked
1 can condensed reduced fat cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) egg noodles
1 (3 oz.) bag potato chips
4 oz. onion, chopped
1 pod garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil egg noodles until tender. Drain and set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in margarine or butter over low heat. Add soup then fill can with water and add to mixture. Add tuna fish, celery salt, salt, pepper, egg noodles and potato chips, reserving a few chips for topping. Bring mixture to a boil, pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with reserved potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Yield: 5-1/2 c.
