Crust:
11 graham crackers
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Filling:
15 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 3/4 c. heavy cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. peanuts/almonds

Topping:
3/4 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. peanuts/almonds
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Crust:
Combine all the ingredients, cutting in the butter. Smoosh in 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 until done and golden brown. Let cool.

Filling:
Melt chocolate. Simmer cream until bubbles, remove from heat. Whip 1/4 cup cream with egg yolks. Whisk with rest of cream. Whisk in the chocolate and add peanuts and marshmallows. Pour mixture in pie crust. Chill in fridge.

Topping:
Mix all together and sprinkle on top. Serve chilled.
