2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1-1/2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 Cup Oleo
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Coke
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tsp. Soda
2 Eggs, Beaten

Sift ingredients; put shortening, cocoa, oleo, coke in saucepan and bring to a boil, heat until shortening and oleo melt. Pour over flour and marshmallows, stir in buttermilk, soda, eggs. Pour in greased tubepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Loaf or sheet pan 25 to 30 minutes.


1/2 cup margarine, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 6 tbsp. coke, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans.

Bring cocoa, margarine, coke to a boil in saucepan, when margarine melts, remove from heat. Add sugar and pecans. Spread on cake.
If too thick, add few drops of hot water.
