2 handfuls of sugar
water

bit of oil
about a cup of milk, warmed

Directions:
Preparing the dough.
Start by combining about a cup of milk, 4 tbsp of sugar and a package of yeast. Whisk the yeast well and set it aside covered. When yeast is ready, bubbles and activated work with small amounts of flour, Add baking powder. Then add about a shot of oil. Add bit of water and work the dough with your hands until no longer sticks to the pot. Dough should still be elastic (sticky like) Form the dough into a bun and evenly dust the top with flour. Then cover the pot with a cloth and set aside to let rise in a warm place. Then used in a circular motion to scoop the dough out and place it onto a wooden board, dusted with flour. Form the dough into a bun. Use your hands to flatten the dough. Lightly grease it with oil using a baking brush. Fold over the dough over, flatten out with hands, and grease again. Then again fold the dough over. Form it into a uniform bun and cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. Each of these will become an individuale cake. For walnut filing I use 2 bags of walnut pieces and ground them. To a small pot add the sugar to taste and milk and ground walnuts. Roll out the dough like you would for a jelly roll. Spread the filling. And roll it up like a jelly roll. Lightly grease the top of eah roll with a baking brush. Let them set aside for them to rise again. This is tricky. Bake 400. Bake rolls for not even 30 minutes watch carefully and halt way through turn them over. You can reduce the heat once they start turning yellow. Brush the tops with oil. This will soften the crust.
