1-1/2 Cup Sugar
1-1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Cream of Tarter
18 Soda Crackers (Barely Crush in Hands)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil: sugar, water and cream of tarter. Drop in 18 soda crackers, add cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter if desired. Cover with pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
