I use alot of hamburger meat and brown alot of it when I buy it. I drain it on paper towels and then put it in a strainer and run hot water over it and then you have low fat meat. I keep it frozen until I need it.
One of my quick and easy meals is to make a cheese sauce and put hamburger meat (cooked) in it. We eat it on toast.
I fixed it when Durwood ate with us, because he could eat it easy.
