Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup Cold Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt. Pour into measuring cup, but don't stir: 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup cold milk. Then pour at once into flour. Stir lightly until mixed. Round up dough and divide in halves. Place one half between 2 sheets of wax paper (12 inch square). Roll out gently until circle reaches edges of paper. Peel off top sheet and if dough cracks, mend by pressing a scrap over the tear. Lift paper and pastry by corners, they will cling together. Place paper side up in 8"x9" pie pan. Carefully peel off paper. Gently ease and fit pastry into pan. Trim even around edges and flut the edges. If you use this as a cooked crust, make a few holes in it and bake until light brown. If you use this as a double uncooked crust, add your filling and then lay the other crust on top and seal the edges together and put a few small slits near center.
