2-1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Mix all together and if you use squares, melt it first. Add 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten. Cook over medium heat until thick and add 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and stir all together and pour into 1 baked pie shell.

Beat egg whites until stiff and add 4 tbsp. sugar until well blended and then put on top of pie and bake until brown. It is better if the filling is still hot before you put meringue on.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Roger and Lindsay will eat anything chocolate. Lindsay takes the meringue off, puts it on the plate next to her and then she eats pudding and then the pastry.
