2 small packages Instant Vanilla pudding
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Kool Whip
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 9-in. graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple with juice, vanilla pudding mix and Kool Whip until blended. Put into crust and chill for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve with Kool Whip topping or whipped cream topped with toasted cocanut.
