1 Lb. Hamburger
1/2 Cup Flour or 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Pepper, Sage, Cumin to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make into small balls and brown in small amount of olive oil after you roll the balls in flour. Pour water over and cook slowly in nonstick skillet til gravy is thick. Meat can be used over rice, Texas toast, noodles or potatoes as desired.
