1/2 Cup Shortening
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple (Undrained)
2-1/2 Cups Sifted Flour
2-1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Mix well. Then add dry ingredients, mix and pour into muffin liners in muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. (These muffins need no icing).
