3 eggs, well beaten, 1 1/2 C. self-rising corn meal, 1 C. buttermilk, 1/2 C. oil, 1 C. yellow cream style corn, 1/2 chopped bell pepper, 2 T. pimento, chopped, 1 C. grated cheddar cheese, 1 t. or more crushed red pepper.

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put into a greased skillet. Bake until done.
