Ingredients:  
1/2 C. butter, 1 C. sugar, 3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 2 C. self-rising flour, 1/2 C. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together, add the mashed bananas and slowly add flour. Then stir in the nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan or pans and bake at 350º until done.

Flo Quillen was a customer at the Bank of Camden Big Sandy and would bring us a loaf of this every time she baked it, when her bananas were over ripe.
