2 C. flour, 2 C. sugar, 2 T. soda, 1 T. cinnamon, 1/2 T. allspice, 1 C. oil, 1 small can crushed pineapple (juice also), 4 eggs, 3 C. raw grated carrots, 1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
sift flour, sugar, soda, and spices into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and pineapple, mix slowly, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Add carrots and nut. Place in greased and floured cake pans. Bake until center is done. Remove, cool and frost with cream cheese frosting
