4 to 5 sweet potatoes. nice size
11/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tbs. ground cinnamon
11/2 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool. Peel potatoes and slice into round 1/2 inch slices. Melt butter in shallow baking pan, place sliced potatoes in single layer on top of melted butter. Mix white sugar.brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350º. Uncover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes
