Ingredients:
Back ribs
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Lemon juice
Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1 Rub ribs all over with Louisiana Hot Sauce.

2. Arrange ribs meat-side down in large roasting pan, overlapping as necessary to fit pan. Pour lemon juice over the ribs, you can also cover ribs with thin slices of fresh lemon (the acid in lemon helps tenderize meat).

3. Pour in water to a depth of ¼ inch. Cover pan with foil and place in 325F oven for 2 hours or until meat pulls away cleanly from the bone.

4. (after ribs cool-off you can place them in a baggy and keep in fridge for a few days or you can freeze them for later use)

5. Place on well-greased grill over medium-high heat for a few minutes until ribs are crispy and deep brown in colour.

6. Continue cooking, turning and brushing often with barbecue sauce, for 10 to 15 minutes until ribs are slightly charred, but not burned.
