1 Box Duncan Hines Sugar Cookie Mix
1 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar

Glaze:
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1-1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/8 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cookie mix as directed on box. Spread in pizza pan and bake until light brown. Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Slice fruits and place on top of the cookie mixture. Add glaze and refrigerate.

Glaze:

Mix glaze ingredients. Cook until thick. Let cool. Add 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Pour glaze over fruit. The glaze keeps the fruit from darkening.
