3 lbs Round Steak 3/4" thick
2 tbsp Veg. Oil
3 tbsp instant chopped onions
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
* My mom always doubled all the ingredients except for the meat to make more sauce for serving. So, I can't tell you how it tastes without doubling.

Cut meat into serving size pieces. In large skillet brown meat in oil over med. heat. Remove meat to Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over meat. Cover Dutch oven with lid or tin foil. Bake in oven for 2 hours at 350º F til tender.
