Salt
Crisco Oil or Shortening
Flour
Sweet Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and cut up your fryer. Salt it and it's better to do it the night before planning to cook it.

Put Crisco oil or shortening in electric skillet.

Roll chicken in flour, dip in sweet milk, roll in flour again. Put in hot grease (350 degrees). Brown on one side, turn, brown and remove.

Ready to bite into!
