3/4 c butter
2 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1+1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a small saucepan melt together butter and 1 c of the chocolate chips stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl place two eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix together. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well with the chocolate mixture.
Finally stir in the walnuts, mini marshmallows and rest of the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by the rounded spoonful onto cookie sheets (I use parchment sheets on them).
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes and then remove from cookie sheets onto cooling racks.
