1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup White Corn Syrup
2 Tbsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rapidly to 242 degrees stirring occasionally until a few drops form a firm ball when dropped into cold water. When mixture begins to boil, start beating 1/4 cup egg whites. Beat until stiff. Have eggs ready when mixture is ready. Pour hot syrup in a thin stream into egg whites, beating constantly with electric beater until mixture stands in very stiff peaks. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
