3 1/4 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups White Karo Syrup
1/2 cup water
4 cups peanut butter or 1 18 oz. jar peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil mixture of sugar, syrup and water in a pot and boil until it reaches 300º on candy thermometer. Put peanut butter in a large skillet making a well in the center on the skillet. When mixture is done, pour into peanut butter, stirring quickly. Pat down. Cut through making 3/4 inch wide strips using a butcher knife. Pick up strips and cut with scissors to desired sizes. Let cool.
