10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
49 1/2 oz. can chicken broth (fat free), not drained
48 oz. jar Northern Beans
1 cup pasta of choice: penne, ruffles, macaroni, etc.
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle olive oil in soup pot, add spinach, beans and then broth. Put on burner, heat until slow boil, add un-cooked pasta. Turn off burner, pasta will cook and thicken soup. Add more pasta sparingly, if desired. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and crackers of choice.
