1 c. root beer
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ( I use 1 whole dehydrated ghost pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring everything to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 + min. ( the longer you boil the thicker the sauce). Season with salt to taste. (I don't use salt) Remove from heat and let cool before refrigerating. This sauce keeps well for up to 2 weeks when refrigerated.
