Crust:
1 cup almond meal
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce:
6 oz. can tomato paste
6 oz. water
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne

Toppings*:
fresh spinach leaves
mushrooms
sundried tomato

*You can add whatever toppings you like to create your own customized pizza
*If using a meat topping, cook meat prior to topping your pizza

1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. In a bowl, beat egg
3. Add in almond meal, olive oil, and salt
4. Mix together until a dough forms
4. Press into a round baking dish
5. Bake 15 minutes or until dough browns
6. While crust is baking, mix tomato paste, water and seasonings in a small saucepan
7. Heat sauce on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until sauce is heated through
8. Remove pizza crust from oven, spoon sauce to cover the crust and add toppings (if desired, place completed pizza back in oven for 5 minutes to warm toppings)
