1lb (56 vanilla caramels)
2T butter
3T water
1 11 and 1/2 oz chocolate morsel package
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 1T water, caramels and butter in a double boiler over boiling water.
2. Heat until caramels melt and mixture is smooth, keep over boiling water.
3. Over warm water, combine chocolate, corn syrup and 2T water until mixture is smooth.
4. Drop caramel mixture by 1/2 teaspoons onto greased, waxed paper (or cookie sheets).
5. Place 3 pecan halves on top of each caramel, drop chocolate mixture over caramel and nuts by teaspoonfuls.
6. Chill for 30 minutes.
