1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flax seed
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. (or more) white chocolate chips
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with mixer for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat until combined scraping sides of bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in flour. Stir in rolled oats, flax, wheat germ, white chocolate chips, and cranberries (dough will be a little crumbly).
Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 - 11 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Makes about 60 cookies. They freeze well.
