2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick imperial margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring (if you don't like rum use lemon)

Directions:

mix margarine or butter, sugar, egg, milk,
rum or lemon flavoring, vanilla.
mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
if you desired ( I don't use salt)
mix into a ball. you can chill in the fridge 2 hrs.
(I usually roll and cut right away)
bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
my cookie sheets are already seasoned so I don't need to do anything to my cookie sheets.
bake at 375º 10 to 12 min. I roll my dough thin and cut out my cookie I get more cookies out of my dough. I have a big cutting board when I see the cutting board I know the dough is thin enough.
I hate a real thick cut out cookie.
